Installation:

Go to "C:\Users\*yourusername*\Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Cache\879079007\0\Published\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons\RPG7" and copy the file "WEP_1P_RPG7_TEX.upk" to the folder "*yourSteamfolder*\steamapps\Common\killingfloor2\KFGame\BrewedPC\Packages\Weapons\RPG7" and replace the file there.
