Changes the main menu music to Котлетки с Пюрешкой (Cutlets with Puretchka) by Enjoykin.

I'd like to thank the great people at The Daily Stormer for introducing me to Enjoykin. This guy makes some catchy tunes, despite the fact that they're literally just a bunch of words put together and autotuned.

Remember to use snd_cache in the console if it doesn't work at first. Most main menu mods don't require you to enter snd_restart, so if it works, you're good to go.
