Description
If you prefer not to use props or just want to save a little on your prop limit, then this is for you!

  • It can be plopped anywhere
  • It's a dummy building, meaning it doesn't do or need anything
  • It's found in the ship category
  • Thanks to the prop you get 5 variations without clogging up your menu!

For model details please see the prop. :)

@Antelano: Random variations weren't available for buildings when I made these. Making them props also means they work with the Prop Line Tool, so you can make a large container area in no time.

@Avanya: Ok. I thought these were actual buildings. Luckily you got some older containers acting as buildings. Would've prefered the look of these newer ones though, of course.

But what's the point of making them "buildings" if they're still just props?

@Antelano: That's how props work in the game. You can use a mod like Prop Controller to have larger props show at further distances.

These seem to disappear just the same as props when zooming out. Surely that's not the intended behavior, or am I missing something?

Yeah but that's not exactly ideal is it? Anyway, thanks for the reply, mate. I just use the building versions, their dynamic nature looks better anyway.

@John McCreedy: It already works without that mod, the props just disappear when zooming out

Is there any way this mod could be made independent to Adaptive Prop Visibility Distance
which a lot of users are reporting in that mod's comment section as having significant and game breaking issues?
