Deleted Soviet event options:
30.b (Must demand Bessarabia, not declare war)

Deleted Romanian event options:
1.b (Must accept Soviet Bessarabian demands)

Altered South African event option:
2.a (Changed so that only transfers African territories if controlled by ENG; and only transfers African puppets if puppets of ENG)
