Description
This is my first mod! :D

"Branch of an NGO dedicated to the rescue and adoption of abandoned animals.
They are a benefical organization, so they can't bring you much money. But they will grant you some juicy influence."


There are 4 different layouts.
Costs 100$ to build.
Reports around 80$ and 3 influence points per day.
Needs phone line and power.
Workers prefer cafes.

Ok, coming back here after a couple years, these are more than just great, they're outright OP. Stick a bunch in your building and you basically trivialize influence generation.
