Description
A swan boat for your parks! This asset is made by Tomcat, but because of some technical issue he never published it.

This boat can be found under Landscaping / Water Structures.

It works best in shallow undeep waters, otherwise it may disappear from your field of view.

The asset consists of a prop and of building 'wrapper' around it. It's the building that you will be placing.

Also, check out my Boats Pack, Sailboat by Van Roth and Small Floating Boat by CGVos if you need more floating boats!

I recommend to use my Adaptive Prop Visibility Distance mod for these boats not to disappear on zooming out away.
