[Photon] Slicktop Supervisor Chevrolet Tahoe

This is a photon version of LW's Chevy Tahoe. This is one of my first published photon vehicles so feedback will be good to get so I can improve upon the ELS. Make sure you download all required content otherwise you will see errors/missing textures when using this vehicle.
