This mod simply gives you the option to rename Stalingrad when Trotsky returns.

If you are using the Soviet Expansion mod this is already included within that mod.

USSR YOU IDIOT USSR! Not USRR. And if you have problems simply use CCCP or SSSR. Which originates from Russian Сою́з Сове́тских Социалисти́ческих Респу́блик Soyúz Sovétskikh Sotsialistícheskikh Respúblik. What the hell is USRR? Is That French? No! They call it that way L’Union des républiques socialistes soviétiques or URSS.
