The Great Lena

The islands of Lena got it's population from immigrants, mostly from China and Japan during the 1700s, Lena was called the island of hope, mostly because of it's extreme amounts of resources.

The fictional islands of Lena was a part of the United States until an uprising was sparked into power, the Japanese was spreading propaganda throughout the islands, making our people riot against their own goverment. The Japanese wanted to annex the islands, therefore spreading this negative hate against the American government. Their plan was to liberate Lena from the States, but just days before Japan's plans were put into action, the Lenaian people was granted it's independence from USA in 1917. creating a new country called Great Lena. At this time the British still partially owned the island, but they were not officially a puppet.

The Japanese government was angered by this action, and therefore declared war on Lena just days after Lena got it's independence. The United States and The United Kingdom backed the lenaian people, supporting them against Japan. The war ended at the 28th october 1920 after almost no real progress was made from either of the sides in almost three years. Hundreds of thousands was killed during this war, leaving Lena in ruins and no sight of a bright future.

A month after the war ended a man from the Philippines rose into power, giving the Lenaian people a hope of a brighter future, this man made Lena great again by reindustrializing Lena and having the men build farms and factories around the countries.

Lena has become a puppet of the United Kingdom.



This mod adds a fictional country to the pacific called Great Lena. Great Lena starts of with a neutral government and lets you choose what kind of government you want to play with. You start off as a British puppet.

Lena is the controller of three large islands with 26 million inhabitants combined. The industry of lena can be compared to countries such as Italy and France, but it's navy can be compared with Japan, England and rulers of the sea.

You start off with 12 armament factories, 13 civilian factories and 21 naval dockards, which is a fairly nice amount.
The islands has a thriving amount of resources such as rubber, oil and chromium.
You automatically have assigned Limited Conscription, Limited Exports and Partial Mobilization as your laws & government.

Your combined core population is 26.65M inhabitants with a starting army of 296k soldiers and a navy of 299k crewmen. NOTE: You have no air-crew, planes or airfields as it will be added in future updates!

The three islands has 5 combined states with 30 provinces.
I have a flag, leader and a country-name for each of the four ideologies.
NOTE: I have used ingame portraits of uncommon leaders for my country and replaced them with generic ones in the original countries.
You will start off with the American technology and division templates (explained why in the history part).
