Description
Designed in the decades following the war, the Kelvin class was built as a long range, deep space, explorer vessel. Star Fleet had taken note of the rising Klingon threat, and had outfitted the Kelvin with the heaviest, and most leathal array of weapons ever assembled on a star ship up until its launch.

This is an Einstein class ship. Kelvin was the name of the ship. Also it is not an ST:ENT era ship, the Einstein class USS Kelvin was commissioned in 2196, a little over 30 years later. Please do your research.
