Antaran Attacks Without Victory Condition

Description
With this mod, when you have the Antaran victory condition enabled in the game settings, the Antarans will attack, but the galaxy will not be generated with any Antaran relics, so you can't achieve the victory condition, which effectively disables it.

To enable the victory condition but without Antaran attacks, see this mod.

This mod should be compatible with most other mods, but you should put this mod last (at the bottom) of your mods list in game for best results.

@Spud, I was having endless turn issues and I took this MOD out and the problem did not stop. It turns out it was the Resource Pack and/or Resource Pack 5X patch. This MOD is back on my play list.

I haven't gotten any reports of endless turn processing with this mod. Have you run into such issues?

By the way, I noticed today browsing through mods that someone already made this mod before me! https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=842888427

However, it's worth noting that that mod includes the entire Globals.yaml file whereas mine only includes the settings that are changed. This means that if you use the other mod, it will overwrite the settings of any other mods you're using that use Globals.yaml, such as the 5X mod, back to default settings.

If you do decide to use the other mod, for best results you should put it early in your mods list so it doesn't overwrite anything, but then it may not be compatible with other mods that also include the entire Globals.yaml.
