How to use the posable skirt:
Spawn it in and lock the body and legs to the base model. Then use the zero slider to attach it and toggle off the skirt bodygroup on the original model. To adjust the amount of tessellation use the console command mat_tessellationlevel. mat_tessellationlevel 3 being the lowest and mat_tessellationlevel 16 being the highest. You probably wont need to go above 5 though.
It also now inclues admin_skirt_low, which is the same model without tesselation, in case your PC can't handle it or something.
