24H LITE - SnowyMountain Clock v2 - Fixed

ReUploaded - Corrected the time format due to typo -__-

An updated version of the popular SnowyMountain Clock that uses less particles, and has no hover effect which in turn reduces CPU usage. I've also converted the clock to a 24 hour format as requested by a few users. ^-^

Changes:
- Removed the hover effect
- Reduced number of particles
- Disabled Retina Detection (not sure what that's even for...)
- Changed clocked to 24H format
