Description

The base character improvement in the game feels non-existant. You can play with young drivers for many seasons without them really improving. This mod aims to fix that.
Characters still improve in exactly the same way, the only change is the rate of improvement has been tripled. This increases both Driver and Staff development.

tim apple its pretty simple there are some progession txt dokuments where you can put in some bigger numbers could take som time to perfect it have done it for my own game works but havent put in much time to balance it so not great

Doesnt work anymore and neither does the alternative. I have modded some other games before, if anyone could give me some pointers i could try and update this
