AIS fixed - with conveyor checks

Description
Another fix for tyrsis' Automated Inventory Sorter, made from the last posted fix in the comments of AIS, all rights to author, Also cleaned up some stuff

added a feature to where blocks with the 'Use Conveyor System" terminal control toggled 'On" are now exempt from the blocks-to-pull-from list, I'll split this out if people request. Try it out on your assemblers, reactors, refineries and oxygen generators ;)

Yep I'm also getting some really bizarre behaviors with the new "Use Conveyor System" stuff.
I would prefer if you could still pull from them, but now they can no longer pull through AIS in addition to default behavior?

hey man big fan of this mod, I will try it but that feature of the cinveyors should be left on as i most of the time set my reactors to have a certain amount of UR and i preferably turn off the converyor option.

Thanks for the fixes, but this last one broke assemblers and refineries for me. Assembler's crafted components don't get pulled with use conveyor system on like they were yesterday, and coop mode doesnt work without use conveyor on. Refineries are acting weird with split too.
