Vertigo tower

Description
This is a base floor of the Vertigo tower.
To place it after a base floor.
It doesn't have the same dimension of all other Vertigo tower's plans. It just have the double of the height of other plans. So it still possible to place it with the alignment tool (key v by default).

This is a hangar to place a spaceship with the maximum dimension of 32*32*32
