A Murder of Crows

Description
My first mod, A Murder of Crows, adds a new unplayable faction: the Crows. The Crows have many small ships, topping out at 647P with the Factory Crow. The Crows are designed to be early-game enemies, with simple weapons and flimsy shields and armor.
Balance feedback would be wonderful!
