Crime Mime's Map Pack (Renamed)

Description
My first map pack, containing 15 maps with a variety of themes.

Maps:

Stone’s Throw:
Fight for control of this small tropical island, where the enemy is just a stone’s throw away. The size of the map encourages early rushes and constant combat.

Arena:
Two players enter, but only one shall leave. Fight to the death in this desert-themed arena map.

Serpent:
Two players on small, forested islands, connected by a long, snaking beach. One of my personal favourites.

Stepping Stones:
Three players living on tropical islands, who can get to each other by crossing a shallow sea.

Desolate:
Another one of my personal favourites, ‘Desolate’ is a three player arctic map with limited resources.

Tripod:
Yet another three player map, this time with a volcanic theme. There are small deposits of coal on the beaches, and a sizeable amount in the centre.

Circles:
Four players located on a nice grassland island. Their bases are largely protected by cliffs, and resources are relatively plentiful, albeit a bit difficult to defend.

Paradise:
Designed to showcase the open expanse of the ocean, this four player map places players on several small island chains with limited resources, forcing them to travel to the mainland and fight it out for domination.

Gorges:
Seismic activity split this island into four plateaus, with a player on each. Lots of ranged, artillery, hovering and flying units are recommended for this map.

Intertwined:
My very first map, and more for the concept rather than the map itself. All players have pre-built bases, but they’re intertwined together, with players one and two on the mainland, and players three and four on the offshore islands. Defend the mainland with an ally, siege the mainland from the islands, or just set everybody as an enemy and watch the chaos unfold!

Dual Volcanoes:
Yet another one of my favourites, ‘Dual Volcanoes’ is a four player map best played as a 2v2. Two volcanic islands rise up out of the ocean, connected by shallow water.

Atlantis:
Most of this map has been swallowed up by the sea, leaving rings and passages of shallow water for the four players to reach each other.

Sand and Stone:
A volcanic/desert themed map designed for five players. Each player is placed on a circular plateau, and a large lake with a volcano in the middle dominates the landscape.

Iceberg:
Six players find themselves on islands in clusters of three, with a massive expanse of frozen wilderness separating them. Works well as a 3v3 map, but is not essential.

Ring of Fire:
Perhaps my favourite map, this map features eight volcanoes positioned around a central plateau, abundant with resources.

+Pianoman80 Thanks for the feedback! I could tweak Paradise a bit in the future, if I can get the steam workshop working properly (right now whenever I try to update it I keep getting 'Parameter missing' messages or something along those lines)

The maps look phenomenal, but I am a little worried about the balance on some maps. I always like maps that strive to a have a bit of asymmetry, but not at the expense of fairness. Paradise particularly has an issue with eveyone getting a different amount of coal by their base and some being unfairly far from the mainland. Desolate could also have issues as the lab to the right is extremely vunerable to hovering units while the lab to the top left has much better natural defenses. I'm really looking forward to trying out Sand and Stone and Iceberg; nice work.

+Klepty Snatchngrab Thanks! I did notice that a few of them are a bit flat, yes, I think part of the problem was that I didn't know how to scale down cliffs until about half way through :P

You probably want to consider a little more height variation for future maps. Everything looks a tad flat. Really, though, these look pretty good. Well done.

This is so cool!
