Odd...The building is locked. Wants me to build a Water Treatment Plant? I have several. So I built one just for the weigh station. It then wanted me to build 3 Water Pumping Stations? Again, I have a lot. Built 3 more anyway. Didn't unlock. :-(

Very nice Building, but it is not shown at Unique Building.. the only way to use is, "The Find it MOD" ... i use DLC AD+SF
