Portal 2 - Left4Dead Edition

Description
Not for the timid. Mercy hospital is overrun by infected turrets. You must make your way to the elevator and then on to the safehouse in the upper floors. Beware... the chamber itself appears to want to thwart your success.

Remember you can save your game at any time by pressing F6.

Fun map. Well executed. :) I liked this more than part 1 actually.

I encountered what may be the same problem as ManOfColours868. After pressing the pedestal button that exposes the four groups of turrets and opens the angled panels in the ceiling, I had to dispose of the turrets. At times, this got hazardous, so I would Quick Save. Once, when I got shot to pieces and the save point reloaded, the angled panels immediately closed. This made it impossible to complete the chamber and I had to start again from the beginning. Here is a video . I save the game at 0:15. The reload starts at 0:30. At 39, you can hear the track lifts going up and you can just see that the angled panels close.

This started out badly with some trivially easy turret tipping. When I got to the room with the conversion gel, I decided that it might be more fun to proceed without spreading the gel. This turned out to be quite difficult, but I completed the chamber as this video shows. This was enjoyable, so thumbs up.

They open when you press the elevator button, or they are supposed to and always have before.

I'll give this a thumbs up. Weird thing happened the first time I played this; the two ceiling panels didn't open. Unless they opened when they were meant to and closed when I pressed another button?? Is that supposed to happen?

Now I see what you meant. The architecture is fantastic, and the elevator recreation as well. But yes, there seems to be a little bit of a lack of puzzles persé. I liked it anyway, but I see what you mean. Very nice touch giving us a "gun".
