Make sure you have cs:Source, or you'll have missing textures and errors. The intent was to keep a vanilla feel of downtown v4c v2, while adding our own touches and modifying buildings as seen fit. Things such as PD, and the bank have seen some significant changes for more diverse gameplay, along with a new district and some unique new buildings to base in.
