This is an international space station,it's fully armored with heavy armor (the armor at the thickest part is 16 block). Tha base can move but really slowly because the thrusters are there to stop the base not for moving. The captain is can indicate the pilot where can he land. The station can supply 4 ships in the same time. The pilots can come to the base to repair their ships, get fuel or just stay in a chamber. If you want to build it in survival you need a lot of time, space, Uranium and other ores.
