The Demonic Equalizer!

*Devil room item, costs 2 hearts

Upon pick-up:
Gives you the amount of red heart containers you have in black hearts, counting your hp after the devil deal has been made.

i.e: You have 8 Red Heart Containers. You walk into the devil room, you see the item. You pick it up. It takes away 2 heart containers and gives you 6 Black Hearts, leaving you at 6 Red Heart Containers and 6 Black Hearts.
