This is the hardest of the three. The grenade has roughly a four second timer so be prepared to count. First you throw it ahead of you and start counting the second you throw it. Next stand in front of it or on it depending on which direction you want more. Now you should be near four seconds so jump exactly when you reach that time. You will go flying in the direction you want if you do this right.

This is easier then grenade jumping but harder then shotgun jumping. You need to choose the surface you are jumping off of, aim behind you where you are between the destination and the rocket. Jump and shoot the rocket at the exact same time.

The easiest of all, you just aim like the rocket jump. Then jump and while in the air shoot the shotgun twice and you will go in the opposite direction you shot
