Amphibious Assault Mod - Gods and Kings

Description
Rule not only the seas, but the lands around them by carrying troops with your navy and performing amphibious landings. Gods & Kings required.

Adds Amphibious Assault Ship to the game, a troop carrier able to carry up to 5 units of Special Forces (Paratroopers), Marines, Helicopter Gunships, Machine Guns, Generals and Settlers.

Changes to existing units:

- Special Forces get a range of abilities to make them a tough defensively-oriented unit
- Helicopters get improved vision range, better strength and are re-purposed for recon and hit-and-run attacks
- Marines are made strong when attacking, but weaker on the defensive
- Machine guns will help to maintain defense lines after an amphibious landing

- Carrier is beefed up to 100 strength, can carry 5 aircraft and is more expensive
- Fighters/Bombers heal faster onboard the carrier
- Fighters can effectively attack enemy anti-air guns and SAMs, to clear a way for bombers to attack
- Guided Missiles are made stronger and more expensive

!!!!! CONTROLS !!!!!:
To put a unit on Amphibious Assault Ship or disembark from it, it has to be in the hex NEXT to the ship! Click on the ship or the hex where you want to disembark

Scenario Map:

Comes with a short scenario map - look for Amphibious Assault Scenario in the maps list. The goal of scenario is to perform an amphibious landing and capture the enemy Capital. If you can do it by the end of 5th turn - you're a master of amphibious attack! Make sure to use the new unit abilities to their fullest extent.

Having a strange issue with this mod, trying to disable and enable mods to see what's going on, but for whatever reason units just refuse to go onto the assault ship, they'll act like they do, but instead just stack onto the same tile in the water instead of moving onto the ship (moving the ship leaves them all sitting on the same tile of water). Looking through my mod-list there doesn't seem to be any that pop out, and I haven't changed my mod-list for years now so I'm not sure what broke.

Also, if you add units from other mods they most likely will NOT embark onto this mods ship. only base game Marines, helicopter gunship, machine guns, great general, and settler embarks as stated in the description.

Its Feb 2021, and yes this mod works with BNW and all other DLCs. Use IGE to see for yourself.
