Thanks for sharing. So I'm trying out this one with Valencia, but I have two major:

1) Since the defence is staying high the opponent teams easily gets through gaining big chances.
2) Wingbacks is more or less not involvere in the game. At defence they stay too high when the opponent team is counter attacking. At attack they will most of the time stay back to offer support. If I eventually change their roles to attack, the team will suffer big time not be able to keep the ball.

Any tip?

A great tactic to utilize. I used it with a lower league team ( Crew Alexander ) and I am performing well above average. ( 26 games played, 15 wins, 4 lost, 7 drawn, GD 18, 52 pts) . Used same set up with tweaks in midfield. Promotion is almost a done deal.

has anyone got this to work, got it fluid but still looked well....not as chelsea
