Keeper now starts with...A Gullet!

Description
The Keeper now begins with "Greed's Gullet" once it is unlocked, which gives you an extra coin-heart for every 25 coins you have!

This mod also includes character select UI and Greed's Gullet unlock achievement graphical changes.

Yeah, I can confirm that this mod makes the forgotten invisible AS WELL AS dying in one hit.

Doesn't work, and I have no other mods that alter the Keeper

If Keeper starts with a penny, do you get the sixth coin container at 99 coins?

This should definetly be an unlockable item for The Keeper. Like if you beat The Hush for the first time he should get this item instead of the ridciulous "upgrade" of starting with a single penny. Beating The Hush with The Keeper is challenging but it is possible and the player should be given a reward for completing something so hard.

But Delrium is something totally different, his random nature and teleporting make the fight nearly impossible not to be hit on, even moreso than The Hush. The Keeper or The Lost have a ridiculously hard time with this boss even if they have good/overpowered items, but The Lost is suppose to be a challenge character so at least that makes some logical sense.

Somebody should forward that to Edmund

Alright I got it to work, but I found a bug. When you save and quit, and continue, you just respawn dead for some reason, then it continues you on isaac.

This is great, finally I can start using mods. Does this work for other mods like new items?

@Space and @zanzaKlaus, unpack your isaac data with the unpacker tool, download my mod, go to documents->my games->afterbirth mods, copy resources+players, paste in the unpacked folder in your rebirth folder.

I'd like to know as well, how do you install manually to keep achievements?
