You know everytime you go in Whiterun and that obnoxious Talos preist yells at you, and you want to kill him, 'cos damn he is annoying...well now you can! (I mean, you could anyway) But now when you do he comes back so you can enjoy killing him over and over in whatever horrible and vicious ways your sick mind can come up with.

im suprised he isnt a dark brotherhood contract. its depressing to now that he isnt hated among NPCs. so sad.

Can you make it so killing him is legal ? Because I don't wanna have to run away everytime I kill this B****. Would be awesome.
