Europa Universalis IV: FUBAR-ET is a part of the FUBAR mod collections by Nexxus Drako Gaming. FUBAR meaning Fully Ultramodded Beyond Any Recognition. Of course the classic term applies too if the mods are used inappropriately. Thankfully all Steam FUBAR collections are tested to be 100% working and compaitible!

This is pretty much an Extended Timelines FUBAR (hence the -ET suffix), and it's all I need and know about, as I'm a relative newcomer to EUIV. Future FUBAR collections may come at a later date.
