One Tile Challenge

This is a modified version of the following map - http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=472051061&searchtext=one+tile by BoxFish.

After seeing someone post a one tile city on Reddit I decided I wanted to do the same but I couldn't find a map on the workshop that worked how I wanted so here we are.

The 25 Usable titles are all water except from the center starter tile.
