Description

Michael Rosen Sanic NPC.

Michael is under the NPCs tab in the Nextbot folder.

You do not need Admin permissions to spawn Michael.
But he cannot be spawned outside of Sandbox, and he will not be able to move around in maps that do not have a NavMesh.
