Slower Combat Mod

All weapon damage halved, shield recharge rate halved. Shield energy usage remains the same. Swarm weapons changed to deal 1/2 damage but completely bypass shields to make them more unique and challenging. They regenerate, you do not.

Mostly compatible with the Slower Gameplay mod. The only conflict is the swarm weapons. If this mod is loaded last it will make the swarm weapons faster again, if that mod is loaded last it will remove the shield bypass effect.
