This video replaces the menu background by Neptunia Rebirth2 Uni CD 01
What if Uni was your tsundere sister?

1. Dowload the addon.
2. Once installed, go to the Vpk file in the "addons" folder l4d2.
3. Extract the addon with GCFScape.
4. Open the Steam/ steamapps/ common/ Left 4 Dead 2/ left4dead2/ media and replace all background files for the extracted file.
Example: The archive "l4d2_background01.bik", changing the number of each background file (l4d2_background02.bik, l4d2_background03.bik..) up to five ^^ .
