either way it's a moot point. you get an empty hull without role classification when its downloaded; but i tend to use escorts aggressively myself. Yes i know it doesn't follow the ship role bible but its just my own way i do it. :)

Cool ship but if your description is how you typically set it up its wrong.

escorts get targetted 1st, typically escorts need to be all defence so they can tank while your capital ships and interceptors are equiped to deal maximum damage, safe so long as the escorts still live.
