Description
Dynamic Recon Ops is a randomised, replayable scenario that generates an enemy occupied AO with a selection of tasks to complete within. Select your AO location, the factions you want to use and any supports available or leave them all randomised and see what mission you are sent on.



Designed to be simple to use but with plenty of options to customise your mission setup, the objective behind DRO is to create a way to quickly get playing a new scenario in singleplayer or co-op. With as few changes to the base game as possible, DRO aims to showcase the unique and varied gameplay that Arma 3 has to offer for smaller scale infantry combat.
Additionally, DRO has been designed from the ground up to take advantage of faction mods. If you have any mods that create new factions they will be selectable as player or enemy sides within the mission. However, the scenario itself requires no mods apart from specific terrains if you want to use them.

  • 30mins - 1hr 30mins duration



Troubleshooting

Please send any bug reports to mbrdmn@gmail.com along with an .rpt file (located at C:\Users\[YOUR USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Arma 3) and as much information as possible.

If you find that a faction mod isn't showing up in the startup menu then it's likely that mod uses a configuration standard that's different to the default Arma factions.
Unfortunately due to the number of mods out there it's not realistic to make a unique rule for each of them, but if you email me at the address above I'll do my best to look into whether fixes are possible.

Can it be played alongside ASR ai?

no problems, i edited the mission sqm to add some into it for the one im using as i use c2 ai controls it must only reconize it when its a medic class. works fine now with how i got it 1 medic with a kit can be told to go around and heal the whole squad. one request would be to have a version working on Thirsk Island

Thanks Juice, I've actually made every unit in the team have the trait required to use medikits so as long as they have them in their gear they'll be able to use them.

would you be able to make it so u can have alest 1 medic class, as they all start as rifleman cant use the medics kit as that class unfortunalty other then that its great
