Beavis and Butthead Do SoR3

Description
All credit must goes to Cakewarden. Creator of this mod. THE MOD HAS BEEN FIXED AND IS NOW WORKING AS OF 5/21/2019 !!!! What I did was use the file as the mod which created a black screen because a zip file isn't a rom file to begin with. I had to mod a SF3 rom file and use that to get it working. Please let me know if there are any other issues. THANKS!!!

@Gamer1214 just got it to work!!!!! I'd wait a few seconds and then it should load up. If not, id unsubscribe and resubscribe and see if that works
