So I will use that mod instead.
Started up VR Arsenal. No NV or TI for the AMS or Kahlia scopes
The vanilla scopes are classes in "A3_Weapons_F_Acc" and you have that in the required addons and thats why they work.
The DLC scopes are classes in "A3_Weapons_F_Mark_Acc" and you do not have that included in required addons, thats why they don't and won't work.
You may have patched them (for DLC scopes) already in another addon/pbo you use. That would explain why you get them to work for you.
Start Arma 3 with this mod (and no other mods), go to the editor and open the Config Viewer and check out the optics modes for the AMS and the Khalia.
You will see (for the AMS and KMS):
visionMode[] = {"Normal"};
For the DMS, SOS and LRPS you will see:
visionMode[] = {"Normal","NVG","Ti"};
The cfgPatches requires the line:
requiredaddons[] = {"A3_Weapons_F_Acc","A3_Weapons_F_Mark_Acc"};
