@theMCwolf, thanks for the report! I made this mod a year before Winona was released, so that's my excuse. I've reworked the code to interfere less with the repair logic, hopefully this will make it more future proof. Winona's Trusty Tape is now consumed properly.

This mod has a minor bug that causes winona's trusty tape not to be used up when it repairs clothing items

Should probably change the description to "Sewing Kits fully repair all repairable CLOTHING items."

Sewing kits by default only repair clothing items, all that's changed in this mod is that they give up to 99% back to the clothing item when you repair it.
