Tracer Mod for RHS: USAF

Description
This is a version of my tracer mod that will make most infantry weapons
in "RHS: United States Armed Forces" fire only tracer rounds.

Sniper rifles and pistols are not affected.

RHS: AFRF version released seperatly. Use both for RHS: Escalation.
