Tracer Mod for RHS: AFRF

Description
This is a version of my tracer mod that will make most infantry weapons
in "RHS: Armed Forces of the Russian Federation" fire only tracer rounds.

Sniper rifles and pistols are not affected.

RHS: USAF version released seperatly. Use both for RHS: Escalation.
