Description

Who doesn't enjoy going to waffle house? If only you could give your tennants that option. Well, here is a way to give them that option. This is a large restaurant that is open from 0:00 to 23:53 (effectively 24 hours) that serves coffee, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They need electricity, water, gas, and trash bins on the same floor. They make a huge amount of noise and smell. It costs around 1000 to build and pays around 800 in rent.

Since I don't have a car in real life and with the pandemic still happening, going to a real Waffle House isn't a thing I can do. So it makes me feel a little less sad that I can build one here in game. Thank you.
