Less distracting warning icon

Description
A less distracting warning icon.
Will still flash a little bit when warnings are active, but not enough to distract from gameplay.

UPDATE = Changed the mod so the icon is green when no warnings are active. Makes it easier to tell the difference between warnings on and off.

Would it be possible to stop the flashing all together? That would be even better.

Or atlease just have it glow instead of flash?

can there be an option to turn it off completely?
