Institutions Reworked - The Idea Variation Compatibility Patch

Updated for 1.19.x.x

Description:
This patch allows you to use Institutions Reworked and The Idea Variation.

It ensures that AI countries in the Americas do not select exploration, expansion or colonial empire ideas unless the have reformed their technology group.

Compatibility:
This mod requires no DLC but can be used with all DLC

Funny Name Explanation and Modding Note:
This mod has the bizarre AA at the beginning of its name because that seems to be the way eu4 processes mod overrides. I am assuming that the engine reads the first alphabetical instance of the override of a particular file and then uses that regardless of it there are others loaded. I tried all manner of different ways to get the patch's combined file to be read. This was the only one that worked. So I'm stuck with a bizarre mod name. This process should work for other mod conflicts.

The game crashes with this mod if i click on the tech tab.

FYI relations_decay_of_me variable is no longer in the game so any idea that gave better relations over time gives no bonus.

When i reported this TIV already updated and there were no bug in TIV but your compatibility patch was buggy. You also updated your patch, now everything looks fine.

Update live
This patch now resolves the institutions conflict so you will not see vanilla institutions appear.

Sorry, I didn't realize that ITV had made changes to that file.

TIV introduces changes to the institution file that I am going to have to work around.

Have you posted this over in the TIV site? The compatibility patch only makes a very small edit to the ideas file. The issues you are raising would be to be handled by the main mod.
