Dragonoid Race

Description
Imagine if the ancient nords that killed alduin wanted to become part dragon, but not fully dragon, mutation slightly failed, then were banished to another dimension and now only a few are left, this is that mod

starting health = 50
starting magicka = 70
starting stamina = 20

No mods/dlc required

start off with 4 spells:
first three are elemental spells
fourth is a healing spell

Across the river on riverwood (near the waterfall) there is a dungeon-like structure,
inside the structure is an npc where you can buy all sorts of spells from

Cool idea. But it is pretty much just the Argonians renamed/restated. Like maybe throw on some big horns or claws or some wings and it will help a lot.

@Kotoamatsukami the reason why so many people are asking for a different design is because this is literally a copy paste model of an argonian model, the only difference is stats. Which if im honest is kinda lame. This is not meant to be mean im just stating a fact here.
