A CUP (Community Upgrade Project) port of the Arma 2 mission 'Escape Chernarus' to Arma 3. Recreated from "Escape Chernarus" by Engima of Östgöta Ops and "Escape Altis" by Vormulac, Hyperz and NeoArmageddon.

Mission:

You are a USMC special force held captive in Chernarus some time before the US invasion. Your objective is to somehow contact your allies and rendezvous with a rescue force. Find your way through the living environment of enemy hunters directed by an intelligent search leader, enemy forces, civilians, traffic, animals, ambient events and surprises. Mission is 100% dynamic and uses the entire map. Play it 100 times, two games will not be the same!

Task:

Escape Chernarus! Locate Ammo Depots and Communications Outposts. Contact your team for immediate rescue!

- Requires all CUP (Community Upgrade Project) addons.
- Requires CBA A3

Version:

This current version is still unpolished. It was previously uploaded to the Steam Workshop but was extremely buggy due to some Arma 3 updates that happened mid-development.

Bugs:

- Sometimes you might spawn outside the map (Very rare)
- Enemies won't spawn at the Start Position (rare)
- Rescue boats crash onto the shore and don't move. You can still complete the mission if players get in (common)
- If playing in Singleplayer mode by any possible chance, particular keys don't work in-game (common)

Kills framerate with the ridiculous amount of enemies that spawn on top of you. I get it is supposed to be a challenge but it gets to a point where it supercedes actually enjoying playing it. As such, would you be able to tone down the ludicrous spawn rates? That'll help performance as well.
