you take the maps workshop file (its called 798637836 for me) from steamapps\workshop\content\304930\ and you put it in steamapps\common\Unturned\Servers\<ServerName>\Workshop\Maps. or something similar to that depending on how youve got stuff set up. then you go into your commands.dat file and add a line called map and put Darker Russia beside it. it should work. maybe you can find a guide online for installing mods.

commands.dat should look like this-

map Darker Russia
