- Added creative to the second warlord.

Since the ui can handle more perks now:
- Added several more warlords and used them to group perks, that prevent you from taking other perks (e.g. Creativity) or just not avalible at the level (e.g. Morale +15%).
- Added Starting Techs and Marine Training Rate to the warlords.
- Added several more perk levels (e.g. Production +100%).


Does anybody know how to update MoO mods? :D



Benefitial perks from two categories cost -100 points. Meaning they give you 100 points.
Added a level to some perks, added a second warlord perk (you can take it with the first one). It incorporates several bonuses you can only get from other composite (special) perks.
Game version 51.3.
RacialPerks.yaml modified.

P.S. Just so you know - the food consumption bonus from the warlord overwrites the lithovore bonus. Ididn't fins a way to fix that.
P.P.S. Due to added perk level I don't know if race customisation will fit well into less that 1920x1080.


Положительные перки из двух категорий стоят по -100 очков (т.е. дают по 100 очков каждый).
Некоторым перкам добавил уровень, добавил второй перк warlord (можно брать вместе с первым). Он даёт бонусы, которые можно получить только из других сборных перков.
Версия игры 51.3.
Потроган RacialPerks.yaml.

P.S. Уменьшение съедаемой пищи от warlord'a затирает бонус от камнежряки. Как это поправить - я не нашёл.
P.P.S. Поскольку нескольким перкам добавлен уровень, не знаю, сможет ли результат полностью влезть на экран с разрешением меньше 1920x1080.
