D33 MOD Tactical Formations in FOTS

Description
This mod adds skills and tactical formations to the FOTS units, such as the infantry of modern line that was added the formation of squareto face the cavalry, and also they were added the formation of firing by lines.

The light infantry tactics don't seem to work properly.

It seems that still only the first rank fires even when spread out.
