Volatile Ice Elemental

This mod (for now) adds a volatile ice elemental that will fight for you for 30 seconds or until receiving damage which will detonate the elemental into a wave of ice damage, staggering and freezing everything on it's reach for 20 seconds

Ice Elemental's attacks inflict the dangerous "Terminal Frost" Disease, which completely paralyze and damage over time enemies until they die

Note: Mods that equalize buffs, debuffs, poison, diseases and spells for every NPC might enable hostile creatures other than your elemental to use Terminal Frost, diseases unlike spells do not have duration and if you get contagied you are dead (hence Terminal Frost)

-Spell Book can be found at the Mage Stone

-i'll balance the mod as i see fit, most of my test are done with characters less than level 10 and i have too see how the spell benefits from the different perks
