Increased Horse Costs

Description
Increases the cost of buying a horse to something closer to that of Oblivion.
Prices were: 1000
Prices now: 3000

All three of my mods combined into one with multiple choice of prices upon entering game here at last! Took a bit longer than expected.

Why would you want this? 1000 Gold is already pretty steep for a horse, especially these weak horses that die and don't respawn at the stable. This mod fails. It's a horrible idea and I have rated it down.

Nuke, this mod is getting rather old now. Trigger Spasm has uploaded a new merged mod with variable prices at both http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=8801 and http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=8499 .

You should add a function to persuade/intimidate the price back down to like 1500, depending on speech level.

I love the idea that you lot are ok with dragons and magic but the prices of horses, it's just the final straw.

You can still get free ones at Imperial strongholds anyway... (maybe Stormcloak too)
